Hy weiss jemand bis welche Temperaturen die Öle unbedenklich sind bzw. ab wann es kritisch wird...habe selbst denn 122PS'ler und bin am We zu meiner Schwester nach FF gefahren bei durchschnittlichen 130-140 zwischendurchmal auch 180-190 aber echt nur kurz...stand mein Öltemp. bei 104°-108° das bei ca. 30°Aussentemperatur....bei normaler Überlandfahrt meist mit Tempomat komm ich auch meist auf so ca. 94-98° Das LLöl hat noch ca. 10tkm potenzial... Irgendwo gelesen, dass der Schmierfilm, bei gutem Öl, bis min. 135 grad hält. Persönlich sage ich immer: 100 grad +-10
Die gleiche frage hab ich mir auch schonmal gestellt. Bei dem GTI geht die öl und Wassertemperatur sowas vom schnell auf die 90grad das ich mich total erschrocken habe. Mein 122ps scirocco hat da gut und gerne mindestens das doppelte! Gedauert obwohl alles i.o. War. Man sieht schon nach einem KM das die Wassertemperatur hoch geht. Wasser steht auf 90 und Öl auf 100grad bei längerer, langsamer Fahrweise. Bei Tempo 250 steigt bzw. kratzt die öltemperatur aber auch mal schnell auf über 110grad (Wasser bleibt 90) Ist da was nicht in Ordnung oder ist das bei den Geschwindigkeiten beim gti normal?
Das ist ja nur die Temperatur in der Ölwanne oder so. Das Öl in der Nähe der Action wird (kurzzeitig) sicher mehr als doppelt so heiß. Die Wassertempanzeige bleibt immer auf 90, wenn es zwischen 70 und 110°C heiß ist. Bis 110°C Öltempanzeige sollte in D. absout normal sein. Ab 115-120°C die langzeitig anliegen sollte man schaun ob etwas nicht stimmt.
Jap, bei Fahrzeugen der VW AG wird die Öltemperatur meistens über einen Sensor in der Ölwanne abgegriffen (der kälteste Punkt im System), während dies bei anderen Marken auch an anderen Stellen sein kann. Autobahnfahrt im Hochsommer und Klimaanlage kann durchaus zu Temperaturen über 110°C führen. 96°C ist bei meinem die normale Arbeitstemperatur, die im Winter jedoch auch auf längerer Fahrt niedriger liegt (immer noch im 90er Bereich).
Ich hab beim GTD im Sommer (32 Grad) mit AC und Vollgas mal ne Öltemperatur von 122 Grad laut MFA gehabt. Ich glaub solang man das Auto nicht bei so einer Temperatur gleich abstellt, gibt es keinen Schaden.
Hallo Leute, habe beim 1,6TDI auch laut MFA immer zw 96 und 105 Grad C. Letzten Sommer auf dem Weg nach Montenegro, mit 4 Mann und Gepäck in der Nähe von Mostar bei 42 Grad außen hatte ich mal 136 Grad. Hab dann auch Scheiben runter und Heizung angeschaltet damit die Temperatur runter geht ... Grüße Jan
Also 136 ist schon krass.... Habe meinen GTI heute mal richtig getreten bis tacho 260kmh für 20min über 114grad kam der nicht trotz eingeschalteter AC
Bei meinem GTD waren 127 Grad bisher das Höchste. Habe aber mit einem Bekannten gesprochen der bei VW arbeitet und er sagte mir, dass das Öl kurzzeitig auch mal Richtung 150 Grad gehen kann. Der Ölfilm halte dieser Temperatur stand, sollte jedoch kein Dauerzustand sein
Das höchste was ich bisher bei meinem GTD hatte waren 119C° Öltemperatur....das kommt schonmal vor und ist auch nicht bedenklich ! Beim Öl hat man auch u.a. den Parameter HTHS Viskosität die bei 150C° gemessen wird. WAS da genau hintersteckt weiß ich nicht genau aber anhand dieser Messung sieht man ja dass die Öle auch bei 150C° getestet werden und das aushalten müssen. Da verdampft das Öl noch lange nicht....Flammpunkt beim Öl liegt bei ca. 250+ C° wobei der Schmierfilm deutlich vorher abreist bevor das Öl "verbrennt".
Wie schauts denn eig. mit dem verkokken aus an bestimmten Stellen am Motor, Turbolader oder den Dichtungen usw...?!
Das hat weniger mit der Öltemperatur ansich zu tun, sondern mit der Bauteiltemperatur, die viel höher ist und wenn das Öl an der Stelle steht, es dann zu einem Problem wird. zB Hitzeabstrahlung von der Abgasanlage.
